I haven’t been expecting anything in Europe for a long time, but empty mini bars or lack of hygiene kits even in suites- come on guys! And one bottle of some soap for everything- that's funny . There is nothing, not even a bottle of water. And after you went and bought shampoo, you returned and sat down to drink in the bar to have some beer reduce stress that there are not even glasses in the room, then at 24 a surprise awaits you -the lights will go out and everyone will go home. And one more - staff in the restaurant could be more polite. So, great place, but for this money I’ll try to consider something else next time) And they're fully booked anyway, so I guess no one cares.

Everything here is 5 stars! The rooms are lovely and have beautiful balcony views. The meals are amazing! There are so many courses of incredibly delicious, well-prepared and pretty food, as well as a buffet! The staff in the dining room are extremely friendly and chatty and the people at reception are very helpful. The pool here is a good size and a nice temperature and there are 3 hot tubs which are so lovely and relaxing. There are also a few bus stops next to the hotel as well as two cable cars relatively nearby. Good rooms, good service and good location!

Best ski holiday in our life and this hotel made 80% of the full impression of it! The food was beyond - like Michelin restaurant! The service and attention to detail were like in a 5* hotel. Spa area is great, open pool and hot tube are perfect after a ski day. A special thanks to Erik at the reception! Say hi to Zelenograd:)
